KITCHEN & LINENS
- COFFEE: Ground coffee is provided for the drip coffee machine. There is also a classic Nespresso machine available (guests are responsible for bringing Nespresso pods). There is also a Nespresso brand milk frother and a Cuisinart hot water kettle.
- OVEN: The cooktop is induction. The operating manual is inside the printed House Manual.

- Reminder: Oven will not work if power is out.
- BBQ: There is a four-burner, propane gas grill for your use on the small patio just outside the Dining Room (grill tools are supplied). Please don’t forget to turn the gas off when you’re finished cooking! An extra propane tank is in the garage if needed. You will see another grill (Kamado Joe) but it is not available and locked.
- DISHWASHER: Detergent pods are under sink.
- POTS AND PANS ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!
- Always choose EXTRA DRY setting.
- SINK: The dish washing liquid is in the pump next to the sink. Sometimes you need to pump that a few times to get it going.
- LINENS: All beds will have clean linens on them. The pull-out couch in the television room has sheets, comforter and pillows in the “storage chaise” of the couch.
- WASHER/DRYER: Detergent goes in a pull out drawer at the top rear of the tub. It’s not that obvious, unfortunately. The dryer works MUCH better when the lint filter is cleaned.
