KITCHEN, TOWELS & LINENS
- COFFEE MACHINE AND NESPRESSO: Ground coffee is provided for the Cuisinart drip coffee machine. If you use it please don’t forget to dump the used grounds and wash the filter and glass urn. There are some espresso pods provided for the Nespresso machine. There is also a Nespresso brand milk froth maker (please wash that, too).
- HOT WATER MAKER FOR TEA: A Cuisinart hot water kettle is next to the coffee machine. Don’t forget to add water.
- DISHWASHER: We prefer to quickly rinse items before they are placed in the dishwasher as it reduces food from collecting and potentially clogging the drain. Detergent pods are under the sink. ALWAYS CHOOSE THE EXTRA DRY SETTING!
- SINK: The dish washing liquid is in the pump next to the sink. Sometimes you need to pump that a few times to get it going.
- SILVERWARE: In the drawer to the left of the Oven.
- TOWELS: Downstairs bedroom: Clean bath towels will be in the hallway closet. Upstairs bedrooms: Clean towels are on the chair in the upstairs hallway, which has rungs on it that you can hang damp towels on if you run out of towel rack/hook space. Clean dish towels will be left out on the kitchen island.
- LINENS: All of the beds will have clean linens on them. The pull-out couch (how to open video: https://youtu.be/pdTFCeXsXfk) in the television room has sheets, comforter and pillows in the “storage chaise” of the couch.
- WASHER/DRYER: The place to put detergent in the washer is in a pull out drawer at the top rear of the tub. It’s not that obvious, unfortunately. The dryer works MUCH better when the lint filter is cleaned. Please remember to clean it out after each use.
